Each client receives two one-on-one sessions free of charge to become acquainted with Susan and her coaching techniques to ensure Mountain Spring Coaching is the right fit. Each session is typically 45-70 minutes.

Groups

Group sessions are limited to 3-4 persons and range from 60 to 90 minutes. The session format is flexible with the option to focus on a single topic such as stress reduction or burnout or an open forum.

Corporate

If you’re interested in hiring Susan for your business, please email mountainspringcoaching@gmail.com.

Susan primarily coaches remotely by Zoom or over the phone. By request, Susan is also available for on-site sessions.
